Special Exceptions

Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving goods. Any returns are to be at your freight expense. Change of mind returns are to be in original packaging and pristine saleable condition. Special orders are not returnable. Custom cut matting is not returnable. Note also that specific products may have specific returns policies, so be sure to read that information on the product pages.
